Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year!

I am excited to be joining Gordon A. Bailey Middle School this year as principal; it is a privilege to join a community that shares a strong commitment to students and a deep belief in their potential.

A strong middle school experience should help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while knowing they are surrounded by adults who believe in their potential. At Bailey, we focus on supporting every and each student with a welcoming and inclusive environment, a strong focus on engaging and diverse learning experiences, and the tools and skills needed to navigate middle school and beyond. 

Bailey has a strong tradition of leveraging student voice, family partnership, and our campus systems so students know they are valued and feel encouraged to take risks, fail forward, and do their best every day. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community in which I live and look forward to our year ahead.
