| November 3, 2023 | November 10, 2023 | Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 1st nine-weeks grading period remain eligible. |
| December 1, 2023 | December 8, 2023 | Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 1st nine-weeks grading period remain eligible. |

Grace Period - All Grading and Evaluation periods are followed by a 7 day grace period which ends at the end of the school day.
Holiday Rule - All Students are academically eligible during a school holiday of a full calendar week or more.
