Bailey Plant Sale

Please visit the Bailey Greenhouse and Chicken Coop on Saturday, March 4th from 9 am-5 pm. Students from the Native Plants and Animals Classes will be on hand to help you select wonderful plants to start your spring garden.

Top Banana at Bailey

Terri Grossman, our nurse, is this week's Top Banana! Ms. Grossman is constantly working to ensure that our students and staff are safe and healthy. Additionally, she is always there to lend a hand when needed, does her thankless job without complaint, and also keeps students safe when traveling off campus. I appreciate her upbeat demeanor and no-nonsense attitude with students. She cares for everyone but also keeps them on task.

PALS collecting pet supplies for Austin Humane Society

March 20 through April 14 the PALS will be collecting pet supplies for Austin Humane Society. These new and gently pet toys, food, cleaning, and medical supplies will go to rescued pets waiting to be adopted. PALS will have boxes by the office to drop off supplies, PALS in the morning in a designated area that students can give supplies to, and students can always give them to their advisory teacher. There will be no competition or reward for the class that has donated the most this time. It's just a nice thing to do! PALS will be by advisory classes throughout the week to pick up the supplies.
