Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to celebrate the achievements of our 8th-grade students this Thursday at 9am. We want to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so we kindly ask for your cooperation and attention to a few important details.

First, please note due to space constraints and safety considerations, we kindly request that each student have no more than 4 guests. We understand that this may be disappointing for some families, but we want to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all attendees.  Also, please understand this is not similar in any way to a graduation ceremony, rather this is a brief event congratulating our students for their hard work and wishing them well in high school.

 We encourage all families to arrive early to allow time for check-in and seating. You can begin the check-in process at 8:30am. Finally, after the ceremony there will be grab and go refreshments in the front of the school provided by the Bailey PTA.  You are welcome to take your student(s) for the remainder of the day.  Please be mindful that this remains a regular school day for all other students. We kindly request that families exit the building promptly after the event concludes.
