Starting in the 2026-27 school year, ALL physicals must be uploaded by parents/guardians into RankOne. A profile must be created for every student athlete, the current year's physical, medical history form, UIL Forms, and Contact Information page must be submitted and approved before athlete's are allowed to participate in any sport- including tryouts and practice.
