No Valentine's Day Deliveries for Students, Please!
Although we love Valentine’s Day at Bailey, we are asking parents and students to refrain from bringing, or scheduling deliveries of, flowers, balloons, cookies, food, etc., sent to Bailey for students on February 14th. Although such deliveries seem fun, any of these items are distracting to the educational process and students have no way to carry them around. Glass vases can't be carried around, any balloons would be very distracting, both in classrooms and especially on the bus, and cookies and food deliveries are not allowed and cannot be shared with friends. Any items delivered will remain in the front office for the entire day and students would pick them up at the end of the school day. It just not worth delivering something if they can't enjoy it.
If you’d like to show your student or a friend that you care, please plan to share a card or a note, and maybe plan something after school. We appreciate your support and understanding.
