STAAR testing information
Bailey Parents and Guardians, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide you with essential information regarding the upcoming STAAR testing dates, beginning tomorrow, April 11th. The schedule is as follows:
Bailey Choice Sheet Important Dates and Information
January 17th and 18th - Choice sheet presentations by counselors for current 6th and 7th grade students during Science classes. Choice sheets will go home for parent/guardian review. Return choice sheets to Science teacher by the following week.
January 9th - Students will go to Alpha Advisory
Welcome Back! Students will go to their Alpha Advisory at the first bell in the morning to pick up their schedules for the spring semester.
Bonfire Tonight!
Gates open to the Bonfire tonight at 5:30. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Dance will begin promptly at 7:30 and over at 9:00 pm. See you there!
Bonfire/ Auction and Dance Information for October 13th
Bonfire/Dance Volunteers Needed and Important Information - Please sign up- we need your help! Fall dance (Homecoming) is October 13th, 7:30 pm- 9 pm following Bonfire. All students (6,7, and 8) are invited. Tickets will be on sale the week of the dance.

AISD Student Success Guide and Update for E-Cigarette policy
The Austin ISD Student Success Guide (Student Code of Conduct) is now available on the Austin ISD District website for students, parents, and guardians to review. One important legislative update is that ALL e-cigarettes (THC and Tobacco) are prohibited.

8th Grade End-of-Year Trip Information!
8th grade end of year trip forms have been given to students. We are going to Austin's Park on May 22nd and the cost is $45 per student. If you pay before May 1st the price is reduced to $40. Please contact Coach Brown if you have any questions or need another copy of the form.
